  1. Introduction
    Welcome to Immaculate Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including content production, creative direction, and media services.
    By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
  2. Services
    Immaculate Studio provides creative services including, but not limited to:
    Video production
    Photography
    Creative direction
    Brand storytelling
    Medical and commercial media production (Immaculate StudioMed)
    All services are subject to availability and confirmation via written agreement, proposal, or invoice.
  3. Bookings & Payments
    A deposit may be required to secure bookings.
    Full payment terms will be outlined in your invoice or proposal.
    Projects may not commence until payment (or deposit) is received.
    Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services.
    We reserve the right to withhold final deliverables until payment is completed.
  4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
    Cancellations within 48 hours of a scheduled shoot may incur a fee.
    Rescheduling is subject to availability.
    Any third-party costs (e.g. travel, talent, location hire) may still be charged if already incurred.
  5. Revisions & Deliverables
    Each project includes a set number of revisions, outlined in your proposal.
    Additional revisions may incur extra fees.
    Final deliverables will be provided in agreed formats.
    We aim to maintain high creative standards while respecting agreed timelines.
  6. Intellectual Property
    Immaculate Studio retains ownership of all raw footage and creative assets unless otherwise agreed.
    Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use final deliverables for agreed purposes.
    We reserve the right to use content for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  7. Client Responsibilities
    Clients agree to:
    Provide accurate information and timely feedback
    Obtain necessary permissions (e.g. location, talent releases, hospital approvals for medical content)
    Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
    For medical content, clients are responsible for ensuring clinical accuracy and compliance approvals where required.
  8. Liability
    We take care in delivering high-quality work; however:
    We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
    We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g. weather, equipment failure, third-party delays)
    Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
  9. Website Use
    By using our website, you agree not to:
    Use the site for unlawful purposes
    Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems
    Copy or distribute content without permission
    All website content remains the property of Immaculate Studio.
  10. Privacy
    Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and handle personal information.
